  • The equipment is operated and maintained by highly skilled Ramp Staff evolving IATA standards. The equipment is inspected by local Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as per IATA standards and authorization is given on annual basis.

  • The operational performance of Ground Handling Equipment is also being monitored by Air Worthiness Department of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)

  • Drinking Water is filtered & purified upto 2 microns. Which is also then tested by National Institute of Health (NIH) or AFIP on quarterly basis and the certificate to this effect is issued by both these government departments. Apart from the water samples are also randomly taken by Captain of the Aircraft for cross check at their own designated institutes.

  • Lavatory Service is being carried out by utilizing all international hygienic standards.

  • Food Handling is carried out by evolving IATA laid down hygienic standards of CAA.
